In the Spokane area...

The Spokane Valley Sylvan Learning Center  has moved. The tutoring business can now be found at 1510 N Argonne Rd.

The Inland NW Travel Mart convince store, which is located inside Spokane International Airport by the baggage claim / ground transportation area is undergoing a remodel . Once complete the market will also now have fresh foods to do and a selection of soups.

Artisan Wears is closing , The shop had sold art and art related gifts from the skywalk level of 211 N Wall St by River Park Square in Downtown Spokane.

OurTownZip which is a Liberty Lake based deal and business listing website has moved their Headquarters in the Tierpoint Office Building at 23403 E. Mission Ave. by Molter Rd. still in Liberty Lake.

A new fine dining restaurant has opened in Spokane . The new restaurant is called Clover and is owned by the same person who owns many of the Subway's in the area as well as Loco Dogz hot dog restaurants. Clover can be found at 913 E. Sharp in Spokane.

The West Plains Art Center has opened in Medical Lake.

After 43 years in business, The Post Falls based Anderson Iron Works is closing due the owners retirement . The custom iron works has worked on many high profile projects seen around North Idaho and was located in Post Falls along Seltice Way across from Upscale Mail and near the Post Falls Post Office.

2 Coeur d' Alene businesses that lost everything in a arson fire just a couple of months ago are returning to their feet. Helmet Outlet USA which sells Motorcycle and Snowmobile products and apparel will rebuild and open later this year in a new building at the old site. Helmet Outlet USA will remain on Government Way next to Edge Fitness and north of the Kootenai County Jail.

The other business involved in the fire at the Helmet Outlet USA building is also re-opening , Kirby Vacuum's  sales and service center is open again soon at 6055 N Government Way by the Country Primitives gift shop.
