Inlander and Spa Paradiso to move to Kendall Yards

The popular Spokane weekly newspaper The Inlander has announced that they will build a new permanent headquarters building in the new Kendall Yards development near Downtown Spokane for all of their operations. The Inlander will build and own the new building which will be about 11,000 square feet in all and will also include aprox. 2,000 square feet of extra office space to be for lease.Prior to this move The Inlander has had several rented homes at various Spokane locations

The Davenport Hotel's spa business Spa Paradiso will also make the move to the new Kendall Yards neighborhood. In fact the Spa's space will be in another new building directly next door to The Inlander's new office. This building too will offer space for lease.

Kendall Yards is a mixed use development that has been in the works for several years but has really only taken off since Liberty Lake based development company Greenstone took over last year. The former development company could not survive in the current economy.Inland Northwest Business Watch has also learned of a new restaurant coming to the Kendall Yards project and is tracking a proposed Grocery Store there as well. More details to come in the future...
