Spokane new business update:Aug 22nd 2012

In the Spokane area...

Creating a new fun thing for adults on the Weekends is the new Spokane Party Trolley . The Party Trolley is a human powered trolley that can be rented for parties/ pub crawls

Construction has begun on the first Spokane area location of Tacoma Screw Products. The new Tacoma Screw will be located in plain sight of I-90 near the Sprague Ave exit in Spokane Valley. The building which will serve as an outlet store will be at 222 S. Howe Rd.

Spokane's Northtown Mall will soon add a Panda Express to it's food court offerings. The new Northtown Panda Express will be next to Ivar's Seafood.

Beauty Supply chain retailer Northwest Beauty will soon move their store at Northtown Mall. The new location is still on the first floor but now near the food court and across from Van's Shoes.

Providence Health System will open a new Urgent Care Clinic early next year at 421 S. Division St on the Lower South Hill.

Fans of the craft and home decor superstore Hobby Lobby will want to check out the new North Spokane Hobby Lobby at 7706 N Division . The new store's opening date will officially be Aug. 31st

Spokane based Grocery Store chain Yoke's Foods is branching out of Spokane with a new store opening on Keene Rd. in Richland,Washington( Tri-Cities )

Hey Gorgeous Salon is now open in Spokane Valley at 2901 N Argonne Rd. Suite 2

Paint In My Hair Boutique is moving to a new bigger location in Spokane. The business will now be in the 3000 Block on North Monroe St.

Charisma Hair & Styling Salon is moving to a new home at 1727 E. Francis in North Spokane.

Vintage retailer Artemis is moving from N. Monroe into Downtown Spokane. The store will soon be located in 1100 block of W. 1st Ave. They plan to open sometime in October.

Disability Management Consulting is moving into their new home at 510 N Mullan in Spokane Valley.

Spokane Barre Studio is now open in Downtown Spokane at 201 W. Riverside Ave.

Specialty Auto & Tire has opened a new location in Spokane Valley. The auto repair shop can now be found at 10415 E. Sprague Ave.

The Pheasant Hill Inn and Suites on Pines Rd. nearby I-90 in Spokane Valley has joined a chain and will now take on the Comfort Inn hotel name.

A new Pizza Restaurant will take over the space in Cheney that last was Immix Fusion Restaurant . The new restaurant will be called Zentropa Pizzeria and Pub and will open at 122 College Ave.

Spokane based DeVries has acquired the Pasco based shredding company  Green Shred and plans to move their operations and offices to Spokane in with DeVries which is located at 601 E. Pacific.

With the allowance of privately ran Liquor Stores in Washington State the Good Spirits liquor store chain is already enjoying growth in the Spokane area. Good Spirits operates a store on 3rd and will also soon open at 1804 W. Francis Ave in North Spokane .

Work is underway for a new spa to be called The Calm. The Calm will open on the South Hill at the corner of 13th and Grand Ave.

A new craft distillery will open soon in Spokane. The Tinbender Craft Distillery will open in the fall at 5634 E. Commerce in Spokane.
