Here's a look at the latest restaurant openings / closings in the Spokane / Coeur d' Alene area...

Included in this post: Lucky Lab Coffee Co. , S & A Deli , Geno's , Port of Subs , Qdoba  and Wild Dawgz

Lucky Lab Coffee Co.

With food trucks now open and rolling all around Spokane the next logical step in a city that loves coffee would be to open a coffee truck. So it's fitting that by the end of the year , Spokane's first coffee truck will be on the streets.

Lucky Lab Coffee doesn't have a opening date announced yet but work is underway to get it open most likely in late fall. Watch this site and our Facebook page for more.

S & A Deli

Watch for the opening soon of S & A Deli , opening at 3005 E. Mission nearby Spokane Community College. S & A will also feature some Thai / Asian favorites.

Geno's

" It's like The Elk but with fries " is the saying being advertised for the re-opening of Geno's , a restaurant at 1414 N. Hamilton nearby Gonzaga. Geno's had been a favorite restaurant of many and was sold earlier this year, after a fire damaged part of the building and the neighboring apartment complex. The fire forced a temporary closure but crew's have been hard it work and the restaurant is scheduled to open sometime this month.

Under the new ownership the establishment will take on a new dining room look and a new menu. The new Geno's is expected to look more like a college sports bar.

Wild Dawgs

Known locally for a bit of press last year over the businesses risque logo Wild Dawgs has re-opened in Downtown Spokane. Wild Dawgs closed last December after only being open for a few months but as of late August the business has returned.

Wild Dawgs is still in the same Downtown location at 102 N. Howard St. and much of the menu has remained the same as when the business first opened. Although this time a liquor licence has been filed and beer and wine will be added to the menu in the near future.
