The Bartlett , a new music venue opening in Downtown Spokane

Most of time in this day and age there are several local projects that can be found on the always growing indiegogo and Kickstarter funding web sites . And while not all of the ideas on those sites become reality in only a couple of months one of the success stories will open in Downtown Spokane , bringing with it a new all ages music venue and more.

The new business / live music venue is called The Bartlett and construction work on the new space will be wrapping up soon, just in time for a grand opening concert event on Nov. 7th , 8th , 9th and 10th . The grand opening weekend concert line-up includes shows like-

Nov. 7th - Blouse , Dead Serious Lovers and Physic Rites
Nov. 8th- The Cave Singers, Radiation City and Kaylee Cole
Nov. 9th- Typhoon , Silver Torches and Le Wrens
Nov. 10th- Terrible Buttons, Mirror Mirror and Scott Ryan

The Bartlett is owned by local residents Caleb and Karli Ingersoll and the business will open the music venue space to all ages however a separate beer and wine bar is also planned in the business.

The new business is located at 228 W. Sprague Ave. directly across Sprague from the Spokane Inter modal Center ( the train / Greyhound bus station ) . Also the venue / bar is only building to the east of an already popular Downtown bar , Nyne Bar and Bistro.

According to The Bartlett's web site future plans at the business also call for pop up art shows and other art events to also be held in the space. A few other music shows are also already scheduled.
