What we're working on- March 8th 2014

Sometimes there are exciting new businesses that we at Inlandnwbusiness.com, know of but don't have enough info to share it yet. And that is the reasoning behind this new feature of the new business items we're working on. So here it goes...

Marie Calendar's in Spokane Valley

Demolition work is now under way at former Marie Calendar's restaurant along N. Argonne Rd. in Spokane Valley. The building will be completely torn down and from what we've heard a new car wash will take the place. However, the building's replacement is not yet official.

Underground 15 in Spokane

Liquor licenses we're filed late last week for a new night club in Downtown Spokane. The club's name will be Underground 15 ( or at least that's what it is on the license ).

But it's the 15 part that caught our eye, that's because the 15 is the address 15 S. Howard St. 15 S. Howard also used to be The Blue Spark, a popular Downtown bar that closed last year.

Biggies Restaurant in Chatteroy

Another liquor license is in for a new business called Biggies Restaurant in the small town of Chatteroy. Don't know much else about this one as of yet, the businesses listed address is 28114 N. Newport Hwy.

19 W. Main, Downtown Spokane

Several new tenants have already been announced for the building at 19 W. Main in Downtown Spokane's " Little Portland" neighborhood. We hope to post on this soon but still need a bit more info, however we do know the following business are planned to be in this newly renovated building-

Sun People Dry Goods
Black Label Brewing Co.
Mediterrano

Tamarack Public House

The liquor licences have also turned up an plan to open a space called Tamarack Public House in the heart of Downtown Spokane. Tamarack will be located at 912 W. Sprague Ave which was last Nystom & Olson Architecture's main office.

We're also watching a number of other construction sites around both Spokane and Coeur d' Alene. If you know of any other sites we should be watching or can give us some info / tips on these items e-mail us at inlandbusiness@yahoo.com
