Another new housing project is joining the roster of multi-family developments coming to the Lower South Hill. Plans call for a modern style new construction building to be built soon at 619 S. Cedar, a couple of blocks south of I-90 and nearby Deaconess Hospital.
The new building will offer 20 new apartments, and construction is estimated to begin this Summer. The completion date for the project is currently planned for some time around June of 2027. The units will be market rate, which will be set during the latter half of the construction. In all there will be 17 one bedroom one-bathroom units, two units that will have two bedroom and two bathroom and one unit that will offer three bedroom and three bathrooms.
The new project is being developed by local developer, Quartzsite Ventures,LLC, KCI will be the general contractor, with the architectural work done by Press Architecture who also provided the project rendering that is seen above.
