	Coeur d' Alene Schools admin. office 03/01 New HQ for the Coeur d' Alene School District. Will move into in early 2013. .
	Frosted Cupcakes 12/31 Frosted Cupcakes on E. Sherman,Downtown Coeur d' Alene has closed.
	Evergreen Pet 12/17 Evergreen Pet in the 14000 block of E. Sprague Ave in Spokane Valley has closed. There was an issue after the closing that the store left behind some of it's animals for the landlord. The pets have all since been adopted via SCRAPS.
	Shear Madness for Hair 12/17 Shear Madness for Hair is a new hair salon that has just opened in Coeur d' Alene at 840 E. Best Ave
	Rodda Paint 12/17 Rodda Paint will soon move it's Spokane Valley store to a new,much bigger site at 6818 E. Sprague Ave,still in Spokane Valley.

	On Site for Seniors 12/17 On Site for Seniors has moved into new office space along Northwest Blvd. at 1052 W. Mill Ave. in Coeur d' Alene. The business provides in home health care.
	Idaho Lights A Coeur d' Alene lighting store,Idaho Lights has opened a new outlet store in Post Falls. The store is at 1600 E. Seltice Way in the strip mall across from Trading Co. Stores.
	Bluestar Home Care 12/17 A new in home caregiving business has opened up a new office in Suite E of 7352 N Govenment Way in Hayden.
	J. Miller Salon 01/31 J. Miller Salon is planning to move into a new location at Riverstone in Coeur d' Alene.No word on a opening date at this time.
	Two Wheel Transit Spokane bike shop, Two Wheel Transit has moved and is now open in the South Perry District at 817 S. Perry Ave.
	Burke Construction Group 12/17 Burke Construction Group has relocated it's regional office to a suite at 1821 W. 5th Ave in Spokane.
	Mattress Firm 02/01 The Mattress Firm has started construction on a new store in Spokane Valley. The new store will be by the new E. Sprague Ave. Wal Mart at 4707 E. Sprague Ave.
