Party City to open two stores locally

Living in the Spokane area you've no drought seen the national TV ad's for the Party City chain of party supply stores. But we've never had any locations so locals could only watch and not partake in the thousands of party and event merchandise for most any occasion.

But that's all about to change as Party City will soon be opening two stores locally, one in North Spokane and another in Spokane Valley.
The Spokane Party City will be joining the Northpointe Shopping Center on Newport Hwy. in a portion of the space currently occupied by Staples. The Staples store there will remain in business but will divide the space making their store smaller, something that chain has been doing to most of it's stores to follow thru with a new store concept. We'll have more on that later...

The Northpointe Party City is tentatively scheduled to open in November and will employ about 20.

In addition to new Northpointe store, Party City will also be one of the tenants opening in the building now under construction in Spokane Valley next to Total Wine & More in the Evergreen Crossing Shopping Center (Indiana Ave. & Evergreen Rd. )

The Spokane Valley Party City location will also employ about 20 and will actually open first with a tentative opening date planned for August.

Party City is Rockaway Township,NJ based chain of party supply stores, the chain's stores also include a candy buffet in addition to all of the other party and event needs. The chain operates over 800 locations nationwide, many of which are considered "megastores" which is what both Spokane locations will be.
