Renovation mostly finished for the former Pacific Fruit & Produce building in Downtown Spokane

About a year after the news came out about the project, the renovation and change of use for the former Pacific Fruit & Produce building is now mostly finished. The main tenant is JMK & Associates , a locally based financial services company who is now doing business out of newly created office space within the building which sits just a stones through from WSU Spokane at 102 E. Main.

In addition to JMK & Associates, the building will also soon be home to Pacific x Pine Collective,LLC who is developing a 4500 square foot event space within the same building. The project was originally marketed along with the redevelopment of the close by Jensen Byrd Building, however that project is still pending.

The redevelopment was estimated to cost over $700,000 with True Temper Building,LLC acting as general contractor and architectural work done be HDG Architecture.
