Byrd Real Estate Group,LLC reports Spokane Bins has leased +/- 2,732 SF at 5320 E. Sprague Ave Suite 400 in Spokane Valley, WA.
Byrd Real Estate Group,LLC reports Reclaim Project Recovery has leased 13,000-15,000 SF of space at 16814 & 16816 E. Sprague Ave in Spokane Valley, WA
New business Ruda Construction leased 3,016 SF of space at 12018 E. 1st Ave in Spokane Valley, WA. Rob Kannapien of Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller CCIMTEAM handled both sides of the transaction.
