Hotworx, a chain of fitness studios that incorporates infrared saunas in their work outs is planning a new location in North Spokane. This new location will join two previously opened locations in the Spokane area with others already operating on the South Hill and in Spokane Valley.
The company says they offer a unique "3D training approach" combining exercise with heat and infrared energy. The process helps "torch 3x the calories in 1/3 of the time" and also aids in pain relief, detoxification, lower blood pressure and shorter workout recovery times. All of Hotworx's virtually led workouts take place in their patented infrared saunas.
Hotworx customers can use the facility anytime with the facility open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The facility is locked with members getting a door pass to access the business at their convenience.
This new North Spokane Hotworx is planned to open sometime later this year at 10409 N Newport Hwy. in the same shopping center as Pizza Pipeline. A pre-sale will begin at the site on Oct 6th with staff on site from 8-8 that day to answer questions and sign up new members.
