Downtown Spokane's River Park Square shopping center is alive and well with a few new places joining the center's roster recently. First of all, relocating from across the street in the Cresent Court building to a new larger store space is the fitness and active wear chain, lululemon.

The new River Park Square lululemon is located on the ground floor of the mall and opened on October 1st with a ribbon cutting celebration. "We are thrilled to welcome lululemon to River Park Square" said Rita Koefod, senior director of marketing for River Park Square. "The new store is beautiful and the brand fits perfectly with our always evolving mix of retail, dining and lifestyle experiences. For decades, Gene Juarez Salon & Spa has been a destination for guests in Seattle and Bellevue, many of whom would travel long distances for advanced hair, skin and spa services. The new River Park Square Gene Juarez location is in a 4200 square foot space, also on the ground floor of the mall. It features 16 styling stations, two private spa treatment rooms, and a curated boutique of professional products.
