It's that time again where we show some extra love to our local small businesses, Small Business Saturday is tomorrow Saturday, November 29th and many Spokane and Coeur d' Alene area businesses are making big plans. For those heading to Downtown Spokane, the Downtown Spokane Partnership has arranged the third year of its Small Business Saturday Swag Bag Giveaway event presented by STCU.
