Looks like I'm late once more on my monthly post of recent real estate transactions so please accept my apologies. However here is a look at some recent commercial real estate transactions in the Spokane and Coeur d' Alene area as they we're reported to me. This is not a complete list of every transaction as I'm sure many are never sent to me. Here is what we have-
Ryan Oberg with Goodale & Barbieri handled the lease of 1,631 SF to Bank CDA. The space is located at 606 N. Pines Rd suite 201 in Spokane Valley.
Cory Barbieri and Bill Duffy of Goodale & Barbieri handled the lease of 1,427 and 868 square feet at 1415 N. Houk Rd in Spokane Valley. The medical office building is now 100% leased.
Bob Spooner of Goodale & Barbieri represented the landlord in the lease of 1,261 square feet to Sage & Soul Interiors in The Central Point Professional Center. The center, located in the 1000 block on N. Washington is now 100% leased.
Byrd Real Estate Group reports the lease of 2,697 square feet of space at 7816 E. Broadway Ave in Spokane Valley to Firecracker Software,LLC.
Chad Carper of Kiemle Hagood represented the landlord in the lease of 1,200 +/- square feet of space at 204-226 W. Ironwood, Ste. 226-A6 in Coeur d' Alene to CDA Math,LLC.
