Spokane-
Project name- Koz on 4th
Location- 307 W. 4th, Lower South Hill
Status- Under Construction
Description- A new construction mid-rise building that would run the length of the block and offer 259 apartments.
Project name- Chancery Building re-development
Location- 1023 W. Riverside, Downtown Spokane
Status- Planned
Description- Developers plan to remove the currently abandoned Chancery Building with a new multi-level apartment building with 39 newly created apartments.
Project name- Linc Lofts
Location- 714 N. Monroe
Status- Pre-development
Description- A new 21-unit apartment building to be built in the alleyway in-between Monroe and Lincoln.
Project name- The District
Location- Martin Luther King Jr. Way at the Hamilton bridge.
Status- Under construction (Delayed, but believed to still be planned)
Description- Large new apartment development with four multi-level buildings and 296 new apartments once the development is complete.
Project name- Peyton Building
Location- N. Post St. in-between Sprague & Riverside in Downtown Spokane
Status- Under Construction
Description- Plans call for converting a historic office building into 96 apartments on all upper floors, with commercial storefronts remaining on the ground floor.
Project name- North 40 Outfitters anchored shopping center
Location- Newport Hwy at Highland Rd.
Status- Under Construction
Description- North 40 Outfitters will move and build a new store at the site in 2024. Additionally, 20,000 SF of retail space is planned as are pad spaces for restaurants, banks and similar tenants
Project name- Muv Fitness
Location- 37th & Grand on the South Hill
Status- Under Construction (delayed?)
Description- Planned new fitness facility of the Muv Fitness chain in a closed former Albertsons grocery store.
Project- Gem at Midway / Village at Midway
Location- N. Hatch Rd at US 395, North Spokane
Status- Planned
Description- First phase will consist of a new 176 unit apartment complex called The Gem at Midway. Future plans call for a grocery store anchored shopping center towards the front of the parcel.
Project name- CHAS Iron Bridge
Location- 731 N. Iron Bridge Way
Status- Under Construction
Description- planned new 91,700 SF building for CHAS consisting in part of a health care training facility.
Project name- Holy Cross Funeral Home
Location-7111 N. Division
Status- Under Construction
Description- Planned new 9300 SF funeral home.
Spokane Valley/Liberty Lake-
Project name- NOLL
Location- Indiana at Harvard, Liberty Lake
Status- Under Construction
Description- New mixed-use shopping center. Portion has already opened, and a real estate office and new restaurant are planned next. Overall, many more buildings are planned here.
Project name- Avalon Real Estate mixed use building
Location- Corner of Harvard & Indiana
Status- Under Construction
Description- Two story building with 4800 SF of office space on the ground floor for Avalon 24 Real Estate. The second floor will be occupied by six new apartments.
Project name- Barker Logistics Center
Location- Barker Rd at Garland, Spokane Valley
Status- Under construction
Description- First building will be a 120,000 SF warehouse, with more buildings coming. Once complete the development will offer 600,000 SF of new class A warehouse space.
Project name- Euclid Logistics Center
Location- 16619 E. Euclid, Spokane Valley
Status- Under construction
Description- Large warehouse development, two buildings are presently at the site and once complete their will be about 500,000 SF of class A warehouse space.
Project name- Greenacres Distribution Center
Location- 17710 E. Euclid, Spokane Valley
Status- Under Construction
Description- New spec built 192,000 SF warehouse with tenants to come.
Project Name- Idaho Central Spokane Valley Performing Arts Center
Location- 13609 E. Mansfield, Spokane Valley
Status- Under construction (delayed)
Description- New 59,000 SF performing arts center with a 500 seat main theater, 200 seat theater, acting conservatory and meeting spaces.
Project name- Hormann Sales Center
Location- 2526 N. Fairway Ln. in Liberty Lake
Status- Under Construction
Description- Plans call for a new 36,356 SF warehouse and offices for a garage door manufacturer.
Project name- Market B Marine
Location- 24901 E. Appleway in Liberty Lake
Status- Under Construction
Description- Plans call for a new 69,000 SF marine sales and service center.
Project name- Northwest Trends
Location- 25191 E. Appleway in Liberty Lake
Status- Under Construction
Description- Plans call for a 44,127 SF building that will be part flooring manufacturing facility and part flooring sales center.
West Plains / Airway Heights-
Project name- Douglass Legacy Park
Location- Thomas Mallen Rd. & Electric Ave, West Plains
Status- Under construction
Description- Being built in phases, the development is a 127-acre industrial and warehousing park with over 1.5 million SF of space once the project is fully built out.
Project name- Hazelwood Square
Location- US 2 in-between Deer Heights Rd and Hayford Rd., Airway Heights
Status- Partially built / future phases planned
Description- 2 more commercial retail/restaurant buildings with warehouse being considered on the back portion of the development.
Project name- Spokane International Airport, Concourse C "TREX" project.
Location- 9000 W. Airport Dr.
Status- Under Construction
Description- Renovation to the C concourse area of the Airport. Expanding the ticketing area, adding three new gates and modernization of the existing C concourse area.
Project name- McFarlane Commerce Park
Location- McFarlane Rd, west of Hayford in Airway Heights.
Status- Under Construction
Description-
Project name- Airfield Apartments
Location- 10th Ave, just east of Garfield in Airway Heights
Status- Planned
Description- 4 new buildings with 92 apartment units and 15,000 SF of total commercial space on the ground floor of 2 of the buildings.
