Construction starting for Thirty First Place on the South Hill

Early construction work has begun on a new modern apartment building coming soon to the South Hill. The new apartments will be called Thirty-First Place and will soon rise at 2772 E. 31st Ave. just south of the Lincoln Heights shopping center.

Thirty-First Place will offer just 12 units but will be a modern look in a in-demand neighborhood. The project is estimated to cost $1 million dollars and all units will be approximately 860 square feet with 2 beds and 2 baths. Rental rates are not set yet but will likely be in the $1350 +/- per month range.

Kofmehl,Inc is the contractor and Fusion Architecture designed the building. The apartments will be ready for lease in about Jan 2020.
