Permits have yet to be issued and the site is currently in the Pre-Development Application level with the City of Spokane. The plans call for a 8,800 square foot strip mall style structure, however at this level the plans are not set just yet.
Once built the building will have 3 bays, one listed as for a medical office, another listed as just " available ", and one more that is identified as a future MOD Pizza location. Plans also call for a drive thru lane and a 44 stall car park with 2 electric car charging stations. There is no construction time line posted as of yet, however with a tenant shown in the plans it is a project that is likely to happen based on past experience.
