The owners of Nectar Wine and Beer, Nectar Catering and Events and Bark, A Rescue Pub have opened a new lunch spot in Downtown Spokane's historic 1889 Building (120 N. Stevens, corner of Main and Stevens).
That new restaurant is called Fete - A Nectar Co., the space is open Mon-Fri 11a-6p with a focus on vegan friendly options, flatbreads, paninis and pastas. " Our sous chef, having a vegan lifestyle inspired many of the vegan selections on the menu " says co-owner Josh Wade " he along with our Executive Chef Steven Swanson have created a unique and delicious lunch menu". Regional beers and a Washington only wine list is also offered.
Prior to the opening of Fete, the space was made available for events and private gatherings. The owners do plan to continue offering the venue available for gatherings of 20 to 120, with catering available.
