Several of you have asked for it, so today I finally updated the New Restaurants in Spokane page. I sincerely apologize for letting it fall behind and still feel like I missed a place or two, so feel free to reach out and let me know.

Weinerschnitzel
Status- Under Construction
Location- 10220 N. Newport Hwy in North Spokane
Chain hot dog restaurant continues slowly to prepare a franchise location on Newport Hwy out front of Safeway. They have been hit with many delays but are still coming.
TT's Old Iron Brewery & BBQ
Status- Under Construction
Location- 1950 N Harvest Pkwy in Liberty Lake
Popular brewery / BBQ restaurant from Chef Chad White is planning a second location in the former Hello Sugar storefront in Liberty Lake .
Dutch Bros Spokane Valley
Status- Under Construction
Location- 1204 N. Barker and the corner of Sullivan & Broadway
Chain coffee stand Dutch Bros is planning to add 2 more locations to Spokane Valley.
Bruchi's
Status- Under Construction
Location-14017 N Newport Hwy and 4416 S Regal
Locally based chain of cheesesteaks and subs is planning two more locations. One under construction in North Spokane / Mead and another planned to be coming on the South Hill.
Taqueria El Rinconsito
Status- Under construction
Location- 11519 E. Sprague in Spokane Valley
Western Washington based chain of Mexican restaurants that's planning to remodel the former Amy's Donuts building and open a new restaurant there.
Birdie's Pie Shop
Status- Under Construction
Location- 715 N. Monroe, by Kendall Yards
Popular Post Falls Based pie shop is planning a new location on Monroe by Kendall Yards.
Insomnia Cookies
Status- Under Construction
Location- Cataldo & Division, just north of Downtown Spokane
Chain cookie shop known for late night hours and delivery is planning a new location by BECU here.
Humble Abode Brewing
Status- Under Construction
Location- 926 W Sprague in Downtown Spokane
Established brewery Humble Abode Brewing is planning a new Downtown tap room on the ground floor of the Chronicle Building.
Good Dilla
Status- Under Construction
Location- 808 W. Main in River Park Square's food court
Quesidilla food truck Good 'Dilla is planning a more permanent location soon in the River Park Square food court.
Indaba Coffee
Status- Under Construction
Location- 2020 N. Monroe
Local coffee shop / roaster Indaba is planning a new HQ / production facility with coffee shop in the new Millenium Monroe development on N. Monroe.
Ballard Pizza
Status- Planned
Location- 2020 N. Monroe
Western Washington based pizza business Ballard Pizza will also be joining the Millenium Monroe development.
The Milkshake Parlor
Status- Under Construction
Location-9021 N. Indian Trail Rd
Planned as a unique milkshake business coming soon to the Indian Trail neighborhood.
Crave Cookies
Status- Under Construction
Location- 513 E. Hastings Rd
Franchise of the Crave Cookies chain is planned to go in next door to Optic One Eye Care here.
Brickwest Brewing
Status- Planned
Location- 1624 S. Spotted Rd and 4301 E. Day - Mt. Spokane Rd
Brickwest Brewing which is one of the larger breweries in Downtown Spokane is planning to expand. Currently they're planning a production facilty with tap room at 1624 S. Spotted Rd near Spokane International Airport. A tap room that we're told will also include some sort of market will also be coming on Day-Mt. Spokane Rd in North Spokane.
India House
Status- Under Construction
Location- 4410 S. Regal
With locations in Post Falls and Wenatchee, India House Resturant is planning a new location on the South Hill at 4410 S. Regal.
Boba Cafe
Status- Under Construction
Location- 12924 W. Sunset Hwy Suite 1 in Airway Heights
New local purveyor or boba, milk teas, coffee and smoothies planned to be coming soon in Airway Heights.
Bangkok Thai
Status- Under Construction
Location- 1310 Whitman Ln in Liberty Lake
Bangkok Thai, a chain of Thai restaurants is planned to be the tenant of a new building now under construction at County Vista Dr. & Whitman Ln by Home Depot in Liberty Lake.
Hot Pot & Pho
Status- Under Construction
Location- 11100 E. Sprague in Spokane Valley, former Peking Palace
The name implys this will be a new hot pot & pho restaurant coming soon. Working on getting details but work is underway and signs are up.
Rex & Relax
Status- Planned
Location- 1711 N. Division, north of Downtown Spokane
Seems a bit delayed but planned to be a indoor dog park with beer, wine and snacks.
Lion's Lair / Icon Nightclub
Status- Under Construction
Location- 230 W. Boone, near Spokane Arena
Moving from Downtown Spokane to this stand alone building a few blocks east of the Spokane Arena.
Cafe Coco
Status- Under Construction
Location- 24 W. Main in Downtown Spokane
New coffee shop from a well-known local restaurant owner.
Boots Bakery
Status- Planned
Location- 19 W. Main in Downtown Spokane
Vegan bakery that was formerly in 24 W. Main and plans now to move to the Saranac Commons building soon at 19 W. Main. , unsure of when however.
