Big things are in the works in the coming months and years for The Spokane VA Hospital located in Northwest Spokane at 4815 N Wellesley Ave. In all the Veterans Affairs agency will spend upwards of $50 Million dollars here locally on construction projects. All of the expansions and improvements are geared towards giving Veterans in the Spokane region the best possible care and access to new medical and mental health programs.
