Northern Quest Resort & Casino is pushing forward with their massive expansion, the Kalispel Tribe is investing millions to transform their Casino in Airway Heights into a primer resort destination. An  RV park, expanded outdoor venue, an Dinner & a Movie concept movie theater, new family friendly spaces, a new retail store and a whole lot more are all in various stages of construction right now. And, just today Northern Quest confirmed one more piece of their expansion, exactly who will be joining their expanded food court area,

Fatburger and The Deli are the quick service options already open in the food court but the plan is double the size of the food court adding 3 more bays. All of which already have places coming, and will likely open around June or July. The 3 new places will be-

Qdoba Mexican Eats

Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream

Thomas Hammer Coffee

Ben & Jerry's and Thomas Hammer will each have about 500 square feet and Qdoba will be larger at 1000 square feet. Like the existing businesses they will all use a common dining area, the expansion also will result in the creation of approximately 45-50 new jobs.

Keep watching for more news on Northern Quest as we're expecting more news from them to be coming. Valued at over $20 million their expansion is currently one of the largest construction projects in our area and will likely continue of for several more months. However during the construction the Casino, hotel, most restaurants and services remain open and their famous Pepsi Summer Concert Line-up will continue.
