Dry Fly Distilling to build large new production facility

Dry Fly Distilling is growing and soon their products will be enjoyed by adults overseas with a new export agreement. Just last week Dry Fly Distilling announced a new partnership with Seven Seas Export,LLC to distribute Dry Fly products into major Pacific Rim nations. Intially their products will be sold in South Korea under the new parent company Dry Fly Korea,LLC with 4 products - vodka, gin, wheat whiskey and bourbon. Production on orders for those products start this month with a move to weekly container shipments in 2020.

And, to keep up with increased demand Dry Fly Distilling will relocate to a new much larger facility. Since their founding in 2007, Dry Fly has operated in the River Walk Building at 1003 E. Trent just east of Downtown. But, the facility on Trent is capable of producing just 30,000 maximum annual gallons and the new planned facility will be able to produce 250,000 maximum annual gallons.

The new Dry Fly Distilling production facility will be a part of the yet to be announced NoDo at Normandie development. NoDo at Normandie will be a 5.2 acre mixed use urban village that will also include medium density housing, office and retail uses. The site is the former City of Spokane fleet services center on Normandie, just north of Downtown. Dry Fly will occupy a 24,000 square foot building in the project with the new plant planned come online in Jan. 2020.

We don't have a rendering of the planned production facility, but KXLY does, so check out their article on this topic for a sneak peek-
