Claimed as Spokane's only honey wine tasting room, Back 40 Meadery is celebrating their grand opening this weekend at 10403 N. Newport Hwy. in the Whitworth Square shopping center. The grand opening is being called "Christmas in July" with an indoor market also included highlighting local artists and artisans.
