New business incubator opening in Spokane.

Spokane is rapidly becoming a business friendly haven for new, expanding businesses and start ups and that's the reason behind a new business incubator opening near Downtown Spokane to fill the new businesses needs for space. The new center will open for tenants in August and already at least 4 businesses have agreed to take office space. The new "innovation center" is a venture of McKinstry who recently remodeled the building and now have their Spokane regional offices already in the building. The building is located at 850 E. Spokane Falls Blvd. and once was
a electric railway repair shop.

The new incubator will favor businesses  involved in life sciences , clean technology and education. The space will be considered class A office space and can be configured anywhere from 100 square feet up to 5,000 square feet. The new McKinstry Spokane Innovation Center will have office space for about 24 plus or minus tenants and many new local jobs.
