Changes to the Spokane Club Scene

Big changes have happened over the last couple of months to the nightclub industry in Spokane,here is a recap of the biggest changes...

A Club closed

The A Club which had been a popular Downtown Spokane club and mainly live music venue has closed. The club had earned a good reputation for booking well known bands and preformers such as All American Rejects. The A Club was the anchor club to group of bars and clubs in the 400 block of West Sprague Ave. known as "The Block"

Spokane Epicenter becomes rock club "The Center"

After the closing of the A Club the promoters relocated to a new building in North Spokane that is now hoping to be a Spokane's next big thing. The former Spokane Epicenter event center at 6425 N. Lidgerwood has been renamed The Center and hopes to attract some of the same big names. The Center is one of the largest clubs in Spokane.
