Mountain Comfort Coeur d' Alene is still open

The Coeur d' Alene location of Mountain Comfort, a franchise store selling mostly home furnishing and decor items has now closed at it's old location. The former store site is by Fred's Appliance just a few doors north of the US 95 and Appleway intersection in Coeur d' Alene. The store announced earlier this year that they had lost their lease and subsequently held a store closing sale for several weeks. But as it turns out fans of Mountain Comfort won't have to travel far.

The Coeur d' Alene Mountain Comfort store was actually sold to Casey and Sheree Bryntesen and they have since moved the store into their own store, Ironstone Inc. at 2425 W. Hayden Ave in Hayden. Ironstone also sells similar items with their specialty being fireplaces. Ironstone also sells BBQ's , outdoor living items and even does stone and metal fabrication work.

The new Mountain Comfort showroom inside Ironstone in Hayden will feature many of the same items and brands as before. Mountain Comfort has been a part of the Coeur d' Alene business community for a few years now but the local store is not their only store, Mountain Comfort also operates home stores in California, Colorado and New Mexico. The chain's Headquarters can even be found in Frisco,Colorado.

Mountain Comfort Coeur d' Alene was even awarded the title of Best Furniture Store by Spokane Coeur d' Alene Living Magazine's 2011 Best of the City poll's . The store in it's new location will be open from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday thru Saturday,For more info on their store plus links to their new sister store Ironstone visit-
