A large 2 story modern office building with a ground floor parking structure stands at 745 W. Hanley Ave in Coeur d' Alene. That building was once featured in the Spokesman Review as one the Inland Northwest's largest vacant commercial buildings. But, in a few months the vacant status of 745 W. Hanley will finally end as a growing credit call center company has announced plans to move into the space, bringing with them many new jobs.
Alliance Data, a Plano,TX. based company which takes calls and manages over 100 different credit card programs will lease the space with an opening date set for sometime in June. Alliance Data will fill the space with primarily customer service jobs. In all over 200 new jobs are planned and while some work will need done on the building, the hiring phase will begin very soon.
Alliance Data hopes their expansion into the Coeur d' Alene market will continue and may add more new jobs in 2015. The company will occupy 44,500 square feet of space in the building which was originally built to be used as a IT call center for Sandpoint based Coldwater Creek who also continues to operate a call center next door at 751 W. Hanley Ave.
