Einstein Bros. Bagels to open off of N. Division in Spokane

In October of last year we reported on the opening of Spokane's very first location of the Einstein Bros. Bagels chain. That location is still going strong, just it's located on campus at Gonzaga University. At the time I assumed the day would come that the chain would branch out to some more public sections of our fine city. And now, that day has come, or at least it is soon...

Einstein Bros. Bagels has a new store location in the works at the former Washington State Liquor Store at the corner of Mission and Division. Neither I or my source have an opening date on this new location as of yet but I will be working to track that and any job info down in the coming weeks.

Einstein Bros. Bagels is a Lakewood,Co. based chain of Bagel / Coffee restaurants that was originally created as a break off brand of Boston Market as a way to market breakfast foods. Today the chain is owned by parent company Einstein and Noah Corporation . Einstein Bros. has been expanding rapidly and as of 2012 the chain is said to have 773 restaurant locations.

Einstein Bros. Bagels actually serves a variety of menu items. Including bagels ( of course ), sandwiches, salads ,soups and smoothies among other items.
