A Seattle based warehousing company has leased a large amount of industrial space on the West Plains. And, while that is big news on it's own, the industry of this new business will probably be it's main talking point.
The business, which is called Arbormain, intends to sublet space back out of their space for legal marijuana growers under I-502. Arbormain is taking applications for businesses seeking to grow their new businesses supplying the many retail cannabis shops purposed all over Spokane and all of Washington.
Arbormain's Spokane space is actually 3 spaces. The company has entered into leases on 3 warehouse all within the West Spokane Industrial Park in Airway Heights. In all the business now has over 60,000 square feet of space with a variety of size options available to I-502 businesses.
Some equipment rental options, on site security , extra electrical service and much more will be available once the Spokane site opens. Arbormain also is planning sites in Chehalis and Lacey,WA with headquarters in Seattle. The company is a subsidiary of Privateer Holdings.
