TAPA Business Park planned in Spokane Valley

Grading and site development is already underway across Trent Ave. from the Spokane Business & Industrial Park for another new development of small factories, warehouses and other commercial buildings.

The project is being called the TAPA Business Park and being developed by TAPA Spokane,LLC who is operated by Thomas Andersen, a Bellevue based real estate developer. The site will mostly face Trent Ave. and will be just east of the Trent / Sullivan Rd. intersection on just over 10 acres of land.

Pre selling of commercial build sites at the TAPA park has already begun with as many as 8 total buildings locating there once the project is completed. Two " spec " buildings will rise at the site simultaneously after the site work is complete and be operational by September. No mention of tenants / uses for these two new buildings .

Each site can hold up to 6 or 7000 square foot building with many uses welcome, all infrastructure will be in place soon allowing tenants to move in with no issue. For more information about land or buildings at the TAPA Business Park contact Tom at 509-998-6707 .
