Plans we're announced today in regards to what will be one of the largest projects planned to come to Spokane Valley. The project is a new Performing Arts Center, with a 59,000 SF building foot print the project is estimated to cost $36 million dollars to construct and will become the new home of the Spokane Valley Summer Theater.

The center, named Spokane Valley Performing Arts Center or PAC for short is proposed on a five acre parcel, immediately to the east of the recently built Tru by Hilton hotel, at the corner of Mansfield and Mirabeau Pkwy. Ground breaking is likely to happen in the fall of 2022, with full use planned for 2024. And, despite being proposed by the Summer Theater organization, they do plan to use the facility year round.

The PAC will include a 475+ seat Main Stage Theater , a 200 seat flexible studio theatre , an acting conservatory for area youth in addition to event / meeting space.

A website has been created by the organization to follow along with their progress in constructing this exciting new facility. Visit them at http://spokanevalleypac.com
