Spokane Teachers Credit Union ( STCU ) is now open with their newest branch, this time right in Downtown Spokane, adding to STCU's already strong presence in the Downtown area.

The new branch is located in the historic Hutton Building at 9 S. Washington. This is an exciting big step for the credit union which is locally owned and operated with several location throughout the Inland Northwest. In fact, this new branch is the credit union's 17th location.

The Hutton branch, is led by branch manager Brandon Wilhelm and marks the first step into STCU's plans at the Hutton Building. STCU is renovating much of the building, which was built in 1907 and plans to expand their commercial lending department into another portion of the building.

The remaining space in the seven story commercial building will be sold as office condominium's . We will keep watching for when the remaining building opens, which is expected in the coming months.
