Sante Restaurant & Charcuterie to open Common Crumb,a bakery in Downtown Spokane

I mentioned this new bakery earlier on this site when writing of the renovation plans for the building at 19 W. Main a few weeks back. At the time the business was still pretty much new news to me too, but now there is a bit more info and here is what I know of the planned bakery coming later this year from the same people behind the locally famous Sante Restaurant & Charcuterie.

Sante's Executive Chef Jeremy L. Hansen is planning the bakery which is tentatively named, Common Crumb. Common Crumb is currently planning to open sometime in mid-summer and will join a selection of other retail / food service related businesses also moving into building at 19 W. Main which is currently being renovated to re-open as Saranac Commons.

Common Crumb will offer classic French pastries, artisan breads, chocolates, confectionery and much more. We're also hearing that custom order cakes will also be available. The new location will also mean some hiring as well, as the new location will employ about 10.

This new addition to the Sante family is just the latest of exciting news coming from one of Spokane's top restaurants as Sante also recently added a bar called The Butcher Bar at the same location as their restaurant.

Sante and The Butcher Bar are both also located in Downtown Spokane at 404 W. Main, on the street level of the Liberty Building .

At this time, I cannot find a separate web site / social media page for Common Crumb but will keep an eye out and share it later on.
