My Place hotel chain to open in Spokane Valley

Marking an it's first entry into the Pacific Northwest market, My Place , a chain of extended stay hotels will open later this year in Spokane Valley.

The new Spokane Valley My Place will actually compete time wise with another new location planned in Pasco,Wa. to become the chain's first location to open in Washington State. The Spokane Valley hotel doesn't have an exact opening date but is planned to open in September.

My Place will be a new construction to be built at 16106 E. Indiana Ave. close by the I-90 / Sullivan Rd. interchange. The hotel will also be convenient to the Sullivan Rd. Shopping corridor, The Spokane Business & Industrial Park and the Spokane Valley Mall.

My Place's local property will offer 64 guest rooms and most of My Place's other hotels feature rooms with kitchens , full laundry rooms and more. Providing a good experience for guests who may be needing a place to stay for longer then a traditional hotel.

My Place Extended Stay Hotels is a very fast growing chain based in Aberdeen,SD. The chain was formed in 2012 by Ron Rivett who also founded the Super 8 Hotel chain.
