Healthy, local restaurant , Eat Good opens in Liberty Lake

Eat Good , a new locally owned and operated café is now open in the former Season Café space inside of the Meadowwood Technology Campus at 24001 E. Mission ( near the Mission and Molter intersection) in Liberty Lake.

The new café is defiantly not what you would expect to find tucked away in large office building in suburban Spokane. As far as just what Eat Good is , here is a recent Facebook status from the Eat Good Facebook page. I am usually against plagiarism but I think this sums up, Eat Good, better then I ever could:

"For those of you who just joined us, here's our story! This is a restaurant located in the Meadowwood Technology Building in Liberty Lake showcasing local products, farms, and producers from the Inland Northwest.
We feature things that are traditionally on fast food menus and casual cafes, but we make it all from scratch with real ingredients, no preservatives, additives, antibiotics, hormones or pink slime. There is a little twist to our food, that we think you'll enjoy as well as quite a bit of thought that goes into each bite.
We are open to the public Monday thru Friday 6 am-4:30 pm for Breakfast, homemade baked goods, Roast House Coffee and Lunch. Our chef Molly Patrick and team along with chef Hegsted have been putting together some really great food. The idea is that we are taking fine dining concepts and techniques and applying them to a fast casual concept for a totally different view at this cafe. Come and say hi, we're excited to give you honest food, simply served."
