Buffalo Wild Wings in Spokane Valley
The new Buffalo Wild Wings by the Spokane Valley Mall has an official ribbon cutting planned for Monday October 21st at 10am. . It is assumed this will be their opening day however it is possible they may be open before this. If I find out they are opening any earlier i'll share on our Facebook page and on this site if possible.

Café Rio in Spokane Valley
The new Café Rio Mexican Restaurant is scheduled to be open on October 30th . We will continue to watch to see if this changes but construction at the site does seem consistent with a late October opening date.

Mackenzie River Pizza Co. in Downtown Spokane
The new Downtown Spokane Mackenzie River Pizza Co. location is expected to open sometime next week, no exact date or time yet. Mackenzie River Pizza Co. is opening on Riverside at Lincoln in the space that was most recently a Ciao Mambo Italian Restaurant.
