Large apartment building to replace a few homes in Browne's Addition

Despite some controversy, two old homes will be demolished sometime in the next two to three weeks at the corner Third & Coeur d' Alene Ave. in Browne's Addition. These two home are both historic but we're converted into smaller apartments sometime ago.

Now, a developer from the Seattle area using the name Kettrick Properties, LLC is removing the homes for a new large apartment building. We're told the new building will have 21 total apartments with differing sizes and floor plans .

Here is a look at the building via a rendering from the projects architecture firm, Fusion Architecture,PLLC-

In all the new building will have 28,000 square feet of space with private parking located below the building. Construction is expected to begin in the next couple of months with apartment occupancy available in early 2016.
