A new redevelopment project is coming soon to North Spokane, where an Apollo Spas retail store stands today. The spa and hot tub retailer has outgrown the building and is moving out to a new location, making way for a major construction project to commence on their building.
The building is location at 7808 N. Division ( not 7008, as seen in the ad above ) near the high traffic intersection of N. Division and E. Lincoln Rd. . We're told construction will start on the building later this summer and will turn it into a multi-tenant retail / restaurant center with up to four separate units.

Units are available from 2 to 8,000 square feet and a patio seating area is also included on the site, making it ideal for a cool new restaurant to lease some of the space.
