While actually open for a couple of weeks now , Einstein Bros. Bagels will hold an official grand opening at their new store tomorrow morning (10 am , Tues. Oct 15th ). The new Spokane Einstein Bros. Bagels location is actually located on campus at Gonzaga University. However the store is located in the University's Cataldo Hall building which is near the entrance to the Campus on the school's western edge .
This is , at present time , the only Einstein Bros. Bagels location in the Spokane market but more may be coming. Recently Einstein Bros. opened a location in Missoula and when that store's franchisee was interviewed by the Missoula newspaper he did mention opening more locations in Spokane and Bozeman,MT . The article says that franchisee Matt Schmidt actually has plans for 3 Spokane locations.

The new Spokane location at Gonzaga also has long hours allowing more customers , more time to get to the restaurant. The Spokane location's business hours are 7:30am till 8pm Mon - Thurs. , 7:30 am - 2am Fri. , 10:30am - 2am Sat. and 10:30am - 9pm Sunday
